Inspired by Justice Wigney's suggestion in CDPP v Citigroup [2021] FCA 1345 that the drafters of the criminal cartel provisions of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 had "approached the drafting task as if it were akin to producing a cryptic crossword", the Competition + Regulation group's podcast The Competitive Edge with Gilbert + Tobin has established its own occasional competition-themed cryptic crossword.
