Official Bushwick Book Club Seattle puzzle inspired by the book "Where the Crawdads Sing" by Delia Owens

I frickin' LOVE fireflies!! I call them by a different name, as referenced in the puzzle. Growing up in Iowa, they fascinated me. The way they dance in the corn fields at dusk is mesmerizing. It's one thing I truly miss out here in the PNW.

When Kya reads about how the female fireflies use their coded light signal to lure a male of another species to his death, she admired how female insects knew how to deal with their lovers. Then, I thought, what a great excuse to make a puzzle about these amazing creatures that I admire. Also, I'm a huge fan of the show "Firefly" LOL  Have fun xo aims
